In roaring twenties Chicago, chorine Roxie Hart murders a faithless lover and convinces her hapless husband, Amos, to take the rap... until he finds out he's been duped and turns on Roxie. Convicted and sent to death row, Roxie and another "Merry Murderess," Velma Kelly, vie for the spotlight and the headlines, ultimately joining forces in search of the "American Dream": fame, fortune, and acquittal.

Tuition & Fees

The tuition and costume fee for this production is $325 for youth ages 14-18, 10% sibling discount. Sibling discount on 2nd registration will be refunded via PayPal within 24 hours of payment received.

PLEASE NOTE: Early registration for this show will end at 8pm on Friday March 22nd. A late fee of $50 will automatically be added to all registrations (online registration and in-person online registration) after 8pm on 3/22. Registration for this show will close at 10:30am on Saturday 3/23/24.

Audition Information

Those auditioning should bring a musical theatre song (or any song they are comfortable with), 16-32 bars or one minute in length. Bring an accompaniment with CD or mobile device to sing with. You may also sing acapella if needed.

Shoe Requirements

All girls will be required to wear character shoes for this production. It is recommended (but not required) to invest in nicer ballroom shoes or LaDucas if you would like more support. Boys will be wearing nice dress shoes.
